We are looking for a Full-time Electronics Repair & Customer Support Specialist
Role Overview:
As an Electronics Repair & Customer Support Specialist, you will handle the repair and maintenance of guitar amplifiers, effect pedals, and floorboard amp modelers. You thrive under pressure, stay focused, and are committed to ensuring customers receive their repaired products promptly and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth testing using specialised equipment
- Repair hardware on printed circuit boards at component level
- Be able to localise problems at component level and determine the best solution
- Work with both through-hole and SMD technologies.
Requirements:
- Has a solid background in electronics
- Holds an MBO-level qualification or equivalent experience
- Is fluent in both Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- Has a passion for the music industry (preferred but not required)
- Brings recent relevant experience in similar roles
- Is proficient MS Office and MacOS
- Exhibits an energetic, proactive attitude
- Is flexible and eager to support both customers and colleagues.
